If the local government around the world will provide livelihood programs, then it will reduce unemployment. Besides, they can also provide series of training to have soft skills to find a job.

That is right, but what we see only the rich and the powerful benefit a lot, and the poor do not. They also choose the right applicant despite possessing good qualities and skills. The best way is to impose family planning to minimize our population.

I do agree with you that it happens in this cruel world. The rich people are becoming richer and the poor people are becoming proper. I hope that the local government will see more potential trainings.

To get the way out from this mess of increased rates of unemployment worldwide, the governments should come up with ways to eliminate the ageing population from the employment sector through redundancies and golden handshakes where possible. This would opportunities for the unemployed.

I do agree that some countries need to demolish the one-child policy. In this way, they can able to increase the young ones to help their economy. It is happening in China at present.
