What circumstances qualify a product for a free repair?

I think it will still cover since it still under warranty. if a product is considered to be bad I think it qualify for a free repair if it is covered by warranty

If I am under warranty and a manufacturer refuses to effect free repairs for me, I would just drop the device with them and involve law enforcement agencies.

It is why I believe that any product that you purchased that have a warranty, you should make sure to have documents signed before taking home the product otherwise they are going to deny its relevance towards the product.

In my country, as long as the product is still under the warranty period and adhere to the terms and conditions of the warranty it deserves to be repaired for free.

If your product breaks within your warrant period, you will be eligible for free repaid or even replacement.

If it is a mobile phone, the warranty covers aspects that are not the fault of the customer for it's malfunction.
