This circumstance will inevitably arise. When working with them, professionalism is something I expect. Additionally, cooperation is essential for facilitating communication among coworkers.

I have this experience. Few years ago I was an unwelcome personality in a department where I was supposed to be the head. The old and mighty staff are intimidated of me being newer than them. Good thing management knew it and reprimanded the lady.

I experienced this and it pained me but I rationalize by not minding them. I let them think of their attitudes that dislike me and others. Then it was also brought up during meetings and those with attitude problems were petitioned and were removed legally as per order from the board of trustees.

I normally ignore office politics. And I avoid befriending coworkers. It helps a lot. People.can talk behind you but they will never disrespect in your face.

That's what I was doing to my co workers feeling all knowing but they were petitioned was approved by board. Their arrogance dropped by default, no more work.

That's why seminar worshop is always sponsored by the company to unite all workers. Others feel the need to change but those mentally problematic continue to provoke the patience and silence of the majority.

The only thing you can do is for you to work on yourself. In a business setup everyone needs to get along to be able to achieve the needed goal.

Most times, it is a strategy to frustrate the worker out of the job. Many workers have stop work because their coworkers have make life very difficult for them. It have happened to me, but I did not quit because of their conspiracy

Yeah, this sort of problem exists at my workplace. With my hard effort, I was able to maintain a tight relationship with my H.O and resolve the challenges. Yet, it is usually preferable to get along well with coworkers.

There are co-workers that I do not get along with. They are boastful, nosy, noisy, and pretenders. I do not bother myself. They are not my type so I will not take concerned about them. I just do my work.

In job we mostly remain under pressure and mostly people want to work online, one of the reason of prefering online job is one which you mentioned. In jobs we have to bear it sometime no ways left.
