I have noticed it this few times I have used PayPal. The payment portal can be very annoying.

Yes, very true, and this day I was not successful in opening a new account in the Bank of the Philippine Islands ( BPI) PayPal affiliated, I forgot my one valid ID.I thought only one. I will be back there tomorrow morning.
