My next increment increase will be next year because my latest job promotion was 2021 so that was step 1, after 3 years it will be step2 and there is a corresponding incremental increase but very negligible. I hope the President announce another tranche.

It took me one year to get my first increment in my former job. The increment was just with about $5. And a further $5 increment the following year. It was too low for over two years and I resigned
Salary increment differa with different companies and it is also based on company's policies.
It's true that an increase of 5$ a year here is also considered small, so if the salary increase isn't feasible every year then it's better for us to find another job. If that's not possible, then we can try to build our own online business or find work online as a side job.
It really meant nothing to me at first but I discovered that my workload kept increasing because I was being given managerial position as the years rolled by..
That's sometimes the boss who is not wise enough, even though the salary is increased, along with this the workload is also increasing. I've felt something like this too, so I chose to resign because I felt the salary was not worth it.
What some bosses don't know for sure is that to retain a staff, you should try and provide competitive pay that can afford the staff a decent living. They take the capitalism thing too far sometimes.
That's right, too obsessed with seeking high profits, to forget the welfare of employees. Even though a good employee is an asset to the company, which will help him to make a profit. Unfortunately bosses who are less wise don't think like that.
Some companies don't ever wish their Staf to talk about increasing salaries. They want the staff to keep working at the first salary negotiatef. This is common in tier 3 countries.

As per my observations, it should not be later than a year because we see prices of products increase all the time and have never seen prices go down so in order to help us they should allow increment every year
If you have worked well, there's always a possibility that your salary is going to be be increased when it's due.
@relcap23 ,There's always salary increase in the university, It's done every two years. I have just received mine across the board. I am a always inspired to work harder. We also received a differential twice a year. I received mine across the board 38 ,000 pesos and no more
There is no hard and fast rule when it comes to announcing salary increase. Sometimes when a company is doing extremely well that is when every one gets a salary increase.
