Is there any minimum word I can post? Or all that is needed is to write well?

It's more about the quality of the post than the number of words in the post. But too little don't convey anything meaningful. I think the minimum limit should be 10, if I am not mistaken. But it's clear that the site earns from the traffic. So, there has to be some length to attract the traffic. Very little words post are mostly scam and they don't help the site
That's right very well said. We need to write longer to get traffic and we can't express well if write too short.
Presently there is no word count as per my knowledge but it's good that there is no such condition
But it's always good to write at least 30-40 words in a comment on any forum site. I know sometimes I also don't follow it but many times I realise that I am making a mistake.
It's good but all users should follow it and many times I see users commenting with very few words comment
Maybe the owner should make some rules for it. Writing 30-40 words on a comment is not difficult to write if we try. The owner should not reward for the short comments here. It's just a suggestion.

The minimum words count and sensibilities of the words posted. You can't just post plenty words that has no sensible reasoning.
I agree that more than the word count, the quality of the post is important. But then a very short post or comment with very few words doesn't make sense and adds no quality. But then just blabbering anything to meet the word count is bad or even worse. It should be our conscious effort to add good posts. We have the moral responsibility to keep the quality of the posts good, so that the site goes strong and keeps paying us. It's a collective effort of the whole community to make a site strong.
Now i know the reason why i get snowflakes. I never count how much word that i wrote before. Like @arunima said "just blabbering anything to meet to word count is even bad". So, the quality of the post is really important of course. Thanks for the explanation Erly and Arunima.
Quality of content is always important for the members as well as for the site. That's why we should be loyal to the site like RIF which is good if we talk in terms of the rewards.
