I'm one person that can't stand some attitudes display by bosses when they want to show that the are not pleased with some actions exhibited by the staff. How do you think this exhibition should be done rightly?

It depends if it is not acceptable to me. If I felt insulted or anything like it, I will surely talk to the boss right away. Once it is not fixed, then it is time to report to the Human Resource Department.

When you are an employee, you must have overbearance attitude. Either you like what your boss did to you or not, it is part of what should be expected at work.

The best thing to do is to politely point out the areas you are not okay with to them. You can wait it out to when everyone is in a good mood to say it. This is to prevent unnecessary fights.

Instead of just expressing your displeasure, offer constructive suggestions for how the staff member can improve the situation or prevent the behavior from happening again and Focus on how the behavior or action is affecting you or your work, rather than blaming the staff member

One thing that you have to come to terms with is that you can never argue with your boss because it is never going to end well for you being a staff. This is why I don't try as much as possible not to get pissed by anything that they do because it is their business.

I know it is not good to get pissed by anything a boss does because it is their business. but they need to also show respect even a little with their displeasure.

I think the boss can express their disapproval of a staff's behavior in a constructive and calm manner. Tell the staff the problem of his/her behavior and suggest ways for improvement.

I always believe that life should be so easy. All you need to do is to walk up to the staff in a calm way and tell him or her that you don't like what he or she did. It is a mature way to handle stuffs.

This is actually the best way but the mode of talking should be good. You should talk to the boss politely and not rude just because he has done something wrong to you. Everyone cannot be the same

We can say sorry to the boss. If it's displeasing you can talk to the boss and explain your stand. It's also unethical to fight the boss. A heart to heart talk is needed to resolve the conflict.

As long as you have interest in keeping your job, you will definitely have to overlook whatever attitude your bosses are displaying so that they don't end up sacking you from the job.

As an employer, I have never believed in autocratic moves to enforce discipline in an organization. I rather believe in calling the staff and explaining to him or her why what he or she did was wrong.

Yes in cases like this it is important to deal with this situation wisely. You can keep talking to your boss to just see reasons with you. This way you explain without panicking
