What time do you usually go to bed?

I sleep around 2 am. I get into bed around 10pm though. Latest 12 midnight. But I always fall asleep around 2am

I usually sleep late when am at home and I don't have a specific time it depends how tired I am. When am at school I usually sleep early because am tired.

I most of the times sleep around 11 Pm but when I feel like I am sleepy or tired or not well then I may sleep early too and it helps in making me feel good as we feel more relaxed after good uninterrupted sleep

This has been the challenge that have been passing through for a very long time now and I've even tried to use pills to sleep but it is not a good way for me to damage my health with drugs because I want to sleep.

When it comes to my sleeping time, I do not have a specific time. Though I usually try my best to go to bed by 12 midnight or before 12.

I prefer to sleep by 10 Pm or 10.30 but if I see something interesting like a cricket match then I may stay up till 11 or even 12

I am a freelancer, but mainly work offline. I usually start my translation work after lunch at around 1:30pm. I take a 30-min nap in the afternoon. I work until 7:00 pm and have dinner. After dinner, I work online (mainly do surveys and post on forums) until 9-10pm.

That's amazing, I would love to have this lifestyle but at present I am doing fine with my offline job and after 6pm I am free to do what I want

I am trying not to stay too late at night. I step out for work early everyday so I sleep latest 9.

There is nothing that would make me stay up beyond 10pm. I have to wake up by 5:30 to prepare for work.
