Yesh it is good to drive the business to sustained profitablity.then when it has grown to a level of self sustainability, thrn we can quit to start it on a big scale

Whatever your business is capable of paying you what the job you are doing can never pay you, I believe that it is the best for you to quit the job and focus on your business completely.

I think the best time to quit your job is when the business have grown to a particular level you can at least survive through it. There are certain times where you job might not let you pay much attention to your business, during such times if you are up to it you can risk it.
