For survey sites, I check SurveyPolice. There is a comprehensive list of survey sites which accept members internationally or members from specific countries. For other online earning sites, I google search or learn from PTP forums.

The best place to find out paying forums is PTP forums where users talk about PTP sites. The best place to find non forums is webmaster forums where forum owners frequently promote their sites.

I know you may feel it is weird but I would like to know a place/website/platform from where I can know about all the forums or discussion websites whether they are paying or not is a different thing because there are many forums that do not pay but still users like to participate on those websites for fun, entertainment and to stay occupied.

I have been searching for a website that lists all the online forums that pay but have not had much luck yet. Whenever I want to discover a new paying forum, I usually have to hop on over to another forum website. Sometimes, the members there are kind enough to share the list of forums that pay.
