In the business world customers have a big place and any business or a company small or big companies need a customers to sell their productions and to get good money out of it, so having many and loyal customers is the main goal of a business owners should focus when they start a new business and also when they run a business, and in order to find customers should we go to the costumers and produce something the customers want and something on demand or should we bring the customers to our products?
Which is better bringing customers to us or going to the customers?

True any business owner when they start any business they do some research and survey on the society they want to open the business and they do that in order to open a business that most of the society wants.
This is why business owners are adviced to carry out market research first before anything else. We are to find out what is in demand, cause our primary function as business owners is to ensure customers satisfaction, from there we can start advertising or introducing our own products later on.
I believe its more easier to bring customers to your product but proper market research must have been made to ensure that the product suit customers needs and solve a problem they might have been battling with.

Yeah it depends on the business type and the product type, if the business is new and never been invented on the country where we are running the business then bringing the customers to the business is a good idea.
Any which way that would guarantee sales and is cost effective between going to the customers or the customers coming to you is good for the business.
A business is more in control when it goes to meet the staff or reaches out to them.
Given the stiff competition, it is good to approach your customers directly and present to them the value you have to offer. This is why doing market research is essential before starting a business.
