The only thing that caused me to resign from my job was the poor working conditions, stagnation on the same working designation and low salaries in the workplace among other reasons.

As school teacher my work hours are based on number of kids and classrooms. Sine previos school was losing kids because of imigratons my salary was lower every year so I resign.
