Why did you start your own business?

Most of us here are entrepreneurs or business owners, what motivated you to startup your own business? For me it was due to the fact that i wanted to be financially stable, and to do that i needed to setup something for myself. Working under someone would not help me achieve what i needed to achieve. What's your reason for starting up your business?

I have a little business in my hometown and I could say that it gives me some extra income aside from my work, I decided to make my own business because I don't want to be an employee in my entire life. I want to have more earnings without a boss around me.

Starting a business is mostly to have a source of income if you do not have one already and having another for expansion. if you can't find a job it is good to start a business

For me l started the business because l had nothing to do. So by starting the business, l aimed at getting job opportunities and for the sake of employment for sure.

I started my own business when already had the capital. It was my long dream to own a business and was thankful to RIF for I got the idea about the right business for me small but reachable, the milk ta selling business

You can make money from higs or a job but you cannot grow your wealth just by working for others , you either need to invest ot start your own business. Therefore, I decided to start my own business.
