old school is not always bad, sometimes doing it in old school way is more detail and effective, just try to mixed it with the new technology we have today, the reason is the same, to make life/works more easier

I do think that we can use modern technology in doing so. When I was still in China and work in a US company, I just simply use Microsoft Excel to put their raw materials into catalogues. In this way, they can able to distinguish and located them when massive productions will be done.

Others printed their catalog in a printing press with glossy attraction and colorful that amaze our eyes. We can see the real color and the descriptions are so vivid that we feel we see the real thing.

Any kind of business is not even easy to handle even though it is a small business.

This is why there should always be more than one plan either two or three so that we can switch when we see that one is not going the way it is supposed to
