I wanted to employ a staff and one of the things we discussed was transportation. The maid that works in my house as at today is given NGN200 transport everyday aside her salary. I think that the labour laws in my country states that the transportation and the house rents costs for the workers are supposed to be taken care of by the employers.

Transportation cost is very important when accepting or applying for new job and it should be a key factor to consider,this is the reason after some people collected their salary and later find out they have used almost all the salary on transport.
