Maybe the call centers provide incentive to the people who voluntarily wish to work in the night shift otherwise no manufacturing companies have such a policy. I have heard call center employees get incentives even working on national holidays.

Yes they pay and other manufacturing units pay too but it's different for different companies

I don't think it has ever being easy for those working at night. I can chest nature and that's the truth.
Correct. I have a friend who used to work at night and because of this now he is suffering from headaches.
I prefer night work especially when it is online but my daily activities use to make me avoid it like plague. If not because of my family engagement, I will be up all night.
I work night shift as we support US customers. I have worked morning but the majority of the schedule I am getting is night shift. I am used to it since day 1 from my first job.

This kind of jobs come with heslth issues. if you try to cheat nature by not having a good nice rest it will tell on your body
Maybe that is the reason why you are used to night shifts. Whereas for me, I feel sleepy at night when I have a night shift once a year or so because I am not used to it, for me, the night is to sleep. I am scared of doing night shifts.
My usual shift is 12 am, 1 am or 2 am. I think it is all good since I can sleep or I still have night sleep before work.

Just done with work at 8 am. I did not go to sleep until now. I am used to going to sleep at 11 am. It's been 2 years since I have not work in the morning.

Good which ever way your body works with should be what you should use for consistency.
Well, I work at night as a virtual teacher. It is because China's time zone is the same in my country. So, most of my students online are available at night.

Okay it understood and therss no way out of this because the students might not want to turn up at night so you need to bear brunt kudos still
It depends. I cannot awake for the whole night. For me to sleep at night is essential. I feel sleepy whole day if I dont sleep at night.

Same here it will be very full for me the next day if I don't sleep I will be underperforming.
It has happened to me several times and I never had a good experience the next day after the night shift. Now when my boss asks me to do the night shift I deny it because I know I will have to take a leave the next day.
I was sleepy tonight. I slept during my 1 hour meal break. To just refresh and reset my strength. Felt like it was a long sleep.

That's the way to go you should always find ways to lift yourself to make more work even at shifts jobs
