Yes, compensation is important. Here, rarely we get hazard pay. Like for example, before my work starts at 1 AM, to travel that hour is not safe but my employer is not offering us hazard pay.

That's true when my main source of income is my offline job I cannot deny what my boss says. We need to agree or to quit the job and find some another place.

Night shifts tend to have a little higher rate but it can mess up your body clock, such as the time you go to bed. Personally, I would not take up a night shift unless the company is really offering a lot for the job.

I work from home and I always choose to work at night because the neighborhood is less noisy than in the morning. I will get lots of distractions if I work in the morning.

For doing night shifts in my country the pay is really good, but I think that my body in general would not do well for these types of night work in the long run, I think they would take a toll on my health

Personally I don't like night jobs because of my age. It's not advisable to not get a good. night sleep. A night sleep has more benefits than sleeping during daytime.

The only night jobs I can do is to work online. Apart from that, night jobs are not for me. I don't like being outside my home at night.
