One time, I ordered a new blender that was advertised as "top of the line" only to receive a clearly used and damaged item. When I tried to return it, the company gave me the runaround and made the process extremely difficult.

There are some customers who buy something and realize that there was something wrong with it maybe after a week. It is really unfair on my side because it has been long.

If the person had returned the goods on time, it would have been a better thing. The seller will be the one at loss.
