No it is not a cryptocurrency exchange, they just add the option to exchange cryptocurrency.

I have developed a liking with LTC and also like to get paid in Bch and for big payments I prefer PayPal because this way I can get paid in real cash.

Because of my country, I prefer to receive my payments through cryptocurrency. It is unfortunate that PayPal doesn't work in my country.

As for me, I would prefer payoneer or cryptocurrencies. I would have loved PayPal but it is not available in my country.

In my opinion payoneer is not a good payment platform. The rate of exchange they offer is very little compared to other alternatives like Geegpay.
