Sure it is always good to be nice to our customers.no.. but its our job so we have to treat them nicely

Exactly but truth be told, your workers or staffs are equally as important as your customers. Without your customers you would be unable to make money, without you staff it would be near impossible to deal with all your customers and in turn make money.Sure it is one way of letting them have their way so that they continue to patronize the business

Well said brother. And there are times when we need to let the customer know that they are not right so it should be done in a decent wayIn business, customer is King, but if customer is trying to cheat, then get rid of him.
But at the same time business owners should be able to control their anger so that even when the customer makes them angry they won't get angryLol. That's some people for you, they just like to get others angry
And this is why we always say that customers our rights even when we know that they are not right but simply because we want to make some money we will accept that they are rightNo but to ensure a safe state of production and better service rendered awe most sometimes give in to this unsatisfied consumer and just look forward to satisfy their need in our everyday production
