That's true, a customer is always right in the sense that customer's satisfaction is a business owner's priority and from this most business owners try to satisfy their customers and try to avoid unpleasant situations.A customer may not be right at a particular time. Nevertheless, a smart business owner or employee would not want to unnecessarily antagonize such customer. This is because the principal agenda of any business is to earn money from customers' purchases.
A business that focuses on this mantra would say that 'a customer is always right'.
I won't agree with this I think customer are always right because customer are the bedrock of every business it's through your customer opinion that you will be able to correct were your business get wrongCustomers are not always right. There are so many of them rude and disrespectful to workers and business center. There are some of them ruining the products and request for a replacement saying they are always right which is wrong.
