Well , while making them feel right on the other hand, we don't need to make ourself feel wrong either because that could lead to putting all the faults on us and painting us black for others to see.

That's a slogan of the past. People these days can be rude and overbearing, or might even be scammers. If a scammer is right, that business would fail fast.

My point exactly, making customers feel right doesn't need to make ourself feel wrong. it is just to be more understanding and know that we just sometimes need them to have their way

I don't agree that customers are always right. There are rude customers badmouthing the employees insulting employees if they're not attended right away and if they are not given special attention.

No they are not, although we cannot tell them that they are wrong and should take their feedback but they can not be right at all times and only like to get maximum out of their money spent

A phrase were all familiar with 'Customers are always right' but I'll tell you that not all customer ls that are always right, they're some that can be so tempting and if you're not watchful you might end up loosing your business.

Customers are not always right. There are so many of them rude and disrespectful to workers and business center. There are some of them ruining the products and request for a replacement saying they are always right which is wrong.

I won't agree with this I think customer are always right because customer are the bedrock of every business it's through your customer opinion that you will be able to correct were your business get wrong

Frankly speaking not all customers that are always very right. The entrepreneurs must be very careful enough because some customers come in to the business only to shop lift and not making some purchases.

Yeah customers are right, but that doesn't mean they are always right, yeah also in my country there a lots of shops who have a slogan saying customers are always right, but there are some customers who have bad attitude and bad behaviors.

Customers are not always right. And do not expect that in a big city, you will have the same customers, Customers come and go if your business is in the heart of the city unless you installed your business in a remote place you will have loyal customers but not all of them are good.

Customers are not always right, and this concept if seriously implement then it may give great harm to business. So many customers talk wrong they say like, I purchased this same item from other store in half price, then we don't need acknowledge them and give the same item in half price and give loss to business. Rather we need to convince him politely.
