Yes, when I was working in Canada, my supervisor and co-workers organized a surprise party for me on my birthday. I was working and suddenly, my supervisor came to my desk with a birthday cake, I was thrilled.

Yes, I have been once surprised on my birthday, my younger planned a secret birthday party and I was not aware of it until the last moment.

Yes, my ex surprised me. It was quite memorable because a popular singer from our country was invited and sang "Happy Birthday" to me. LOL
