Customers are also humans that are not devoid of wrong doings. What is the best way to correct their very obvious mistakes or misdeeds?
I feel the best way to do that is by telling them what they did and making them realize that what’s they have done is wrong so that they can adjust

Some customers are weird I don't think it is not correct to chastise customers for the wrong doings because doing so is to avoid toxicity
