GCash has its own debit card that can be bought from 7-11, Globe outlets, or it can even be ordered on GCash app. It will be delivered to your home.

It was my niece who egnerated the transfer of my Pay Pal money to GCash. It is a very long process, but the transfer fee is very small compared to a bank fee. You can check it through YouTube, There is a guide how to transfer. Connect your PayPal first to Gcash.

Yes, that's the first thing to do. It's easier to check on G cash unlike banks

I am using Maya now because cash in from PayPal is not working anymore. So I verified my PayPal using my virtual Maya debit card. The transfer is immediate, there is no waiting time.

Install the Maya app if you haven't already..
Once installed, you can register your number, I think, you need to buy a Smart Simcard.
Once registered, you can actually activate your virtual card that you can use to link to your PayPal. Just like the old process, linking a card to PayPal, you need to have at least 100 pesos to link and verify the card.
Once set up and you need a physical card you can buy at https://store.maya.ph/

Sorry, my bad...erase the information about buying a Smart Simcard. I thought I am using my Smart mobile number. I logged in to my Maya account and I was surprised that my account number is my Globe mobile number. So you can register using your Globe. My GCash and Maya has the same account number.
I have a wonderful experience with GCash except that I cannot transfer funds from PayPal to GCash.

Thank you so much for inspiring me. I will work out that later this day. I still have many work school related. This day, Eon management emailed me, telling me they will help me solve my problem. I sent to them the feedback from PayPal. When I opened the link for Pay Maya, I noticed there is no Cagayan de Oro city.

Paypal to GCash transfer is free on my end!

I think a non-Globe number can be used for GCash. I'm not sure if it's still allowed until now. With Maya, I need a new account.

I know as long as the account is active, they can get a card. On Maya, I only have virtual card. I can buy the physical card soon. But now, I am paying fees to transfer from PayPal and I sometimes use my Maya for online purchases.

My problem now is my union bank, it is still active but Pay Pal does not accept it. It keeps on saying that I am using the card multiple times. I remember now my previous ordeal. My first PP account was hacked. They might have used my bank account number. That might be the reason why PP does not accept my Union bank account number.

If you like to add your Maya and link to your PayPal, I think there is no problem with adding new card. You can start with the Virtual card first while you are in the process of obtaining the physical card.

Oh yeah, GCash is from Globe. However, I'm sending money to someone with Dito number.
