I am drinking now hot milk only , no coffee mixed.

I am a tea lover. I particularly like to drink Hong Kong milk tea which is black tea with evaporated milk. I do not add sugar into it. As for coffee, I have it occasionally. My favorite coffee is latte.
I choose tea over coffee because it is better for my overall health, especially considering my chronic illness. Tea is packed with antioxidants and offers countless health benefits.
