There are many companies that pay it's employees in money for over time they work and other companies pay in day off so if they work for 8 hours in over time they can get a days off without deduction.

On a normal note the company is actually suppose to pay the workers extra when they work over time but most business owners do not pay over time. Like where i used to work before.

In the company where I used to work, you can decide to collect your over time payment whenever it is completed or have it added to your general salary once it's time.

Some companies pay cash but most don't. They might just convert it to an extra off day. Some don't even mind. They would say that you signed up for the job..

For me I will prefer a pay for overtime it will be more beneficial to me as I will be able to receive more money to cover my expenses for that period

In the company where I used to work, you can decide to collect your over time payment whenever it is completed or have it added to your general salary once it's time.
That's perfect. I wish I have this option too. We can only take days off against our over time

There are several companies that pay overtime money and it is good to attract employees.

As long as companies get their workers to work overtime in the company, they will always make sure to pay them for working overtime because it will always be included and their employment letter.

In our organisation those who are allowed to render are paid in cash for overtime rendered while for those who cannot claim because of their position like department heads and job orders are given days off.

In ours all that are included in staff cannot get money for over time unless they have taken permission from the management

Getting permission is very important and a justification why one should render overtime work,. because sometimes this privilege is being abused.
