Guess what? When this project manager was demoted, they were asking to re-apply and replace him. I still turned it dow because I do not want to handle the job in a far flung areas. I cannot do this anymore.
It is not good for working place to be dirty with litters and other stuffs. This is really unhygienic conditions for workers to be working. Situation like this is exposing the lives of the workers to health hazard. It is the duty of the company quality control or environmental departments to ensure the company premises is well managed.
It is not good for a work place to be dirty because it will not speak well of the business ethics.
Outward appearance is an indication of the type of individual you are, and how much you take care of your work and personal life. Having a dirty workplace could indicate that the same also applies to other aspects of what you do, thus people won't want to work with you.

Yes. This is not limited to companies only. Go to our open markets, you would notice most edible food commodities are prepared in dirty environments. And there are environmental sanitation officers who careless because they have been bribed.

It's better to resign than suffer for years of adjusting your work and the people working behind you. We cannot please people no matter how good we are at work.
A dirty workplace makes me unenthusiastic and uncomfortable to work there. Because I like to feel uncomfortable with messy, dirty, and smelly places. Besides that, it will interfere with my concentration at work, therefore I always clean up my workplace after I finish work or in the morning before starting work.

Dirty workplace affects our personality. It's important to have a clean and organized workplace. In my workplace there are cleaning services and in house janitors that maintain cleanliness. But it cannot be denied that there are dirty establishments.

Dirty work place means dirty producing money. They may opt to change their products and prices will be affected. The downside of that treachery is losing profits. No one will ever come back except those new customers.
