Situation like this is exposing the lives of the workers to health hazard. It is the duty of the company quality control or environmental departments to ensure the company premises is well managed.

Yes. This is not limited to companies only. Go to our open markets, you would notice most edible food commodities are prepared in dirty environments. And there are environmental sanitation officers who careless because they have been bribed.

That's just it, no one would want to do business in a place that is dirty. If you are not able to handle your environment, then it is safe to say you would not be able to handle your business as well.

It's better to resign than suffer for years of adjusting your work and the people working behind you. We cannot please people no matter how good we are at work.

A dirty workplace makes me unenthusiastic and uncomfortable to work there. Because I like to feel uncomfortable with messy, dirty, and smelly places. Besides that, it will interfere with my concentration at work, therefore I always clean up my workplace after I finish work or in the morning before starting work.
