How can I avoid being blocked on BMF?

I have been very reluctant to join the BMF site because the reviews that I am getting about is that they ban haphazardly.

The rules are pretty simple. Don't make thrash posts. When you attempt to spam the site without adding value to conversations, you are a goner.

Its better to post 4-5 comments in an hour and don't go for 10 comments in an hour and those should be quality posts

I would agree with you. People tend to post gibberish. That cool off period goes a long way to reduce spamming the site.
