How often do you offer bonuses to employees?

It depends on the kind of bonuses. If it is performance based bonuses, then as often as that employee reaches that milestone. Even if it is twice a day, I would give.

And I think it will be better to offer bonuses maybe twice or thrice in a year because it does not have to be all the time

Yeah, if I have a business venture my bonuses will be on yearly basis. Sometimes I can also give on birthdays or some special events.

Definitely, every business venture is always looking for ways to save cost. So giving bonuses constantly will only affect the business financially.

Seriously this is exactly how I see it all the time because no matter the amount of profit the company is making from their profit on monthly basis, it still don't justify getting into unnecessary expenses.

Yeah, giving bonuses during festive seasons is always important because most of them always need money during that period. I think it is a good idea.
