Bug I lost RIF Cash after convert RIF RAW

Hello. I converted my RIF raws to RIF cash but lost $0.45. I should have $1.50 now, but I have $1.05

What's up with RIF these days? My RIF cash balance has lost $0,400 and my limit has also been reduced to $1,000 from the usual $2,050. Are you also experiencing the same thing? Did I miss any news on this? Please make in the know reply to this thread. Is this because the site is down or is there something else that I don't know. Because everything was so sudden, without any prior notification.

Yes, I have also lost RIF Cash as well. So there's definitely an ongoing issue, I have passed this along to our technical team for further assistance. This is out of my scope of support.
