Yeah, there are more expensive ones that goes for over $200. We don't have light 24-hours. There are always light at night. We are about 41 living in the Lodge but some people have roommates.

Operating a boarding houses is a lifetime investment so far the schools are stll functioning. Students would still continue to patronize you for boarding.

It's a lifetime business all we do is to make innovation and checking of the electrical wirings. Faulty wiring is mostly the cause of fire.

Yes it is a good and lifetime business provided the building is in the area where the students prefer to live. One of my properties is rented for students and it is always full of students because it is in a place where there are lots of coaching centres and the students want to live near to them. And I will always prefer if someone gets a place to love nearby.

I am wondering about the boarding house where I rented one room during college, it is still functioning. It is an apartment with 10 doors. I rented room number 5 on the second floor. I have a property I want to dispose of and have the proceeds to build a two-story building for rent for students who live far from the city. Do you think, I will not regret doing this? Of course the boarding house will give you passive income for life or as long as you don't sell your boarding house (property). You can even count on your living expenses when you are old if you have at least 20 rooms.

If I only have sufficient capital, I plan to operate a boarding house. But I need to buy a lot and hire construction engineers, plus a permit to construct with layout plans. Much better if there is a boarding house to be assumed.

Some of my friends are very extroverted and they always teach me how to properly associate with people . I go swimming with some of them lately.

Yeah, it actually feels very good to communicate with people always. One funny thing is that even if I am alone I don't feel lonely.
