Is operating a boarding house a lifetime business?

It seems I cannot achieve my dream to operate a boarding house. There are no more properties sold near schools. I am late in deciding. It should have been before, but I had no idea only this time when businesses are mentioned in RIF.

It must not be very close to school like that. Apartments around 10km from any campus is always very hot in demand. You can run your own in those locations.

Yeah boarding houses are forevrtbassets to the property owners . This means that one can have it for life as a house owner. you would be making money all the time from it

But I cannot find lots for sale even on that distance. And there are already boarding houses walking distance. I may not anymore proceed.I will think of another affordable business.

If a boarding house is located in school premises, it will definitely sell because it's a good business.

It always gives a lot of money if it is located in school areas. But it needs continuous maintenance so that students will find it attractive.

Owning a boarding house makes owners financially stable. There's always money from rents of occupants. Though it requires maintenance but it's not done all the time. It's a one time checking of the electricity faucets, and room cleanliness.

a boarding house is a lifetime business if taken care of by the owner. There should be a caretaker to monitor the actions of the renters or boarders. It is a very good business that I want to manage, but sad, there is no available lot sold near schools.
