Is the workers mental health the company's responsibility?

I too thinks that, the companies and organisations or the employers at large must be responsible for the mental health for the employees. This is Because most of the mental problems are job related.

What about a happy worker that has a terrible home to return to everyday? Such a person would be constantly depressed and there is nothing that the boss can do about it. But in all, organizations should ensure they are not the reasons for their staff's mental problems.

May be in The United states of America or other top tier countries but in here or in Asia I don't see companies do anything to keep the workers comfortable and take care of their mental health

Only a few companies and organizations are after the mental health of it's staffs but many that I know these days are not even bother of the mental health if their workers but rather the profit they make and rate of their productivity.
