Specialisation is a very important thing that must be done and this is why we need to specialised so that our business can grow.
It will also enhance effectiveness because they will be productivity.
You have a very good point because there will be implementation of different kinds of professionalism which will amount to overall productivity.
Been very productive is a very good and it will enhance the business growth.
The owner of the business can still decide to be the accountant and there's no harm in it.
It is true because there are so many business owners who manages their accounts themselves.
If you cannot trust your employees to some extent you would always want to manage your account yourself.
If the business is still very small, i think that the business owners should be able to manage the account himself.
Even if it is big, he can still oversee the accounting department himself.
Even if the accounting firm or department is the one that is handling any information that has to do with finances in the business, they will still have to report everything to the business owner in the end which is why I believe that the owner should also have access to those accounts from the beginning.
It is a must that report must be made to the business owner at intervals.
All the activities that is going on in the company must be reported to the business owner regularly.
They can be in charge for their business account but they need to have proper knowledge and an experience on running a business account and financial managements, otherwise they will make a big mistake and will lose the business.
