As I am getting old, I prefer walking. I take a 30–45 minute walk along the riverside every morning. I think this exercise is very relaxing and good for my health.

I prefer to start my mornings with a brisk walk. It allows me to ease into the day, soaking in the peaceful surroundings and clearing my mind.

I typically opt for walking because I tend to get tired easily when I try jogging or running. My heart starts racing when I engage in these activities, and I worry that it might not be good for me.

I don't like early morning excercises. I am not morning type for workout. Maybe I could go walk for kilometers but nothing else. I start work other jobs.

I usually have my brisk walking and hiking when going out from my comfort zone. This is what I do when having my errands outdoor. If I cannot go out, I can just do some cardio exercises at home.

Though I don't really have much places to go for hiking here, but days where the rain does not allow me go out, I also have some workouts I do at home as well.
