Employees come and go in an organization. Sometimes, they go in peace and sometimes they leave with hard feelings. But let's examine the factors that can make an employee to resign. Some employees resign because of bad treatment, some resign because of poor pay, and some resign because of a better offer. What made you resign your job? What would make you resign a job?

The following reasons can make the employee to resign of their jobs;
Lack of adequate salaries and monetary incentives, lack of good working environments,
Stagnation and lack of promotion and other non Monetary benefits in the workplace's.

Some of the main reasons why an employee can leave a job is because of late salary payment or deduction in salary. Because everyone wants to be paid as at when due
Personally for me, getting a better paying job with good working conditions is more than enough reason for me to resign where I used to work.
Employees resign from their jobs mostly because of poor salaries and unfair treatment of workers. Another factor that makes employees to stop is working conditions. When the working condition becomes so tough and unconducive, employees will decide to quit. It is far better to be alive than to be late.
I have resigned for a number of reasons. Most often, I got a better job which offered better pay and fringe benefits, better career prospects. There were also times I resigned because I could not stand the management style of the boss or there were too many politics in the company.
An employee might have reasons why resign from work, one is health-related. His health might need ample rest or constant visits to a doctor. Another reason is, it might be work distance. It might be far enough that it takes the employee hours to reach the place. Foremost, if the head or boss has a rude attitude, bad manners, in short with a toxic attitude that makes the workplace toxic too, so better resign for peace of mind and heart.

In my opinion, there are several reasons that can make people leave their jobs. As far as I am concerned, I decided to leave my job because it caused me a lot of stress.
There are so many reasons why employees resign their jobs in the companies. One thing is for sure, they are not happy working with their current jobs. Then, it is a high time to find new jobs that are suitable for them.
