What made you quit your job

I quit when I was hired by another company that offered me higher than the previous pay.
But back in 2019, I quit my job because it was exhausting. But I realized it was not right thing to do.

Oh that may be a reason to quit the job. It's not easy to work in night, one of my friends does it and he is happy to have only night shifts.
