That's true. Many people dont have confidence, they should learn skills and knowledge to gain some confidence.

The major thing is confidence because I have realised that no matter how skilled some people are, they're not confident to do what they know how to do

You have a good reason to startup a business. However, if that is not your reason and only because you were tired, I think you can request for a paid time off to relax a bit.

Have you personally quitted your job? What was the cause? for me it was the workload and little pay. I had to quit the job. How about you?

Same for me, workload and little pay, beside that the boss of that company was another reason that I quit.

Most people in my country do quit their jobs in attempt to look for greener pastures. When they feel that they can get better offers somewhere, then they leave their present jobs.

Good to know about the salary raise and incentives. My sister wasn't also given salary raise for 7 years in Dubai so she applied in another engineering company.
