The feeling is great if having 7 or 8 hours of sleep. I used to sleep few hours only.If I sleep less than 7 hours then I will feel dizzy and sleepy, so I need to take a nap for 1-2 hours, except when I'm busy I try to survive without taking a nap. LOL

My sister sleeps 10 hours, my body is used to sleep at 11 and wake up at 4. My workplace is somewhat far I might be late in going to the university. That's great. It is a nice way to start your day. It's a good exercise and I am sure that starting your day with such energetic exercise will make you stay energetic throughout the day.I wake up 4:30 to jog for 30 minutes nonestop.
