It doesn't matter if you are used to sleeping with only a few hours of sleep. But for me, who is not used to it, it will be easy to drop and get sick. Usually dizzy or catch a cold. :D
Thankfully I'm not easily get sick. I'm also taking vitamins and daily walks hehe. But last night, I spent 6 hours of sleep yeheey.

Wow, Even 6 hours is not enough for me, LOL. Now it's a holiday here, yesterday I couldn't take a nap. I hope this afternoon can take time for my nap. :D
My sister sleeps 10 hours, my body is used to sleep at 11 and wake up at 4. My workplace is somewhat far I might be late in going to the university. I drive my own wheel and traffic is getting congested at 7 in the morning, so I have to leave home at 30.

Likewise here at 6-7 in the morning it is jammed in the morning, and 4-6 in the afternoon it is also jammed. That's why I'm lazy to travel at that hour. :D

I sleep a little late on Friday and Saturday nights.. Since it's weekend I can afford to stay a little late in the bed next morning. I wake up around 6:30-7 on weekends m

That's great. It is a nice way to start your day. It's a good exercise and I am sure that starting your day with such energetic exercise will make you stay energetic throughout the day.
I maintain my weight 110 pound since age 17. I also dive in deep sea as a deep sea diver. I dive in deep sea every weekend for 1 hour. I started swimming at age 7.

I woke up around 7am, thinking about how I'll reconstruct my life today, I made sure I took care of myself, and got ready for today's activity.
I sleep at 9 and wake up at 4:30 in the morning to do my daily routine which is to jog. But there are mornings, especially weekends, I wake up at 6 in the morning. I jog late .

That sounds good. It's good to have a healthy weight and maintain it. It's been the same with me. I am the correct weight and I don't put on weight. Have been the same weight in the last two decades.
