For me I feel having meeting in the morning is good because all the attendees will still be much more active and attentive to the information that is going to be passed across

Most times people get tired of work when it is afternoon or about closing time so I feel the best time to hold a meeting at work is in the morning
I think people have their preferences when it comes to doing things in their business venture. They will always do what they feel is right.
Some bosses do it only when it is convenient for them and not when it would favor the staff. Some bosses are do selfish and insensitive to the plight of the employees.
I don't think there should be a fixed time for meeting anyway because some times a situation might rise up that needs to be addressed the earlier the better because by staying agile and adaptable in addressing of matters arising in a company, that company can position themselves for long-term success and growth.
