Why do You Request Payment at low amounts?

I have planned to cash out once in a month on RIF because I have trust in this site.
Once in a month is also a good way, I appreciate if you are trying this. I am also thinking for this policy
That way, I may be able to know easily how much I earn in a month.
Also depends on PayPal fees etc, just that Admin is covering fees for first withdraw by giving 10% bonus.
I guess some persons are just scared, most people request for their payment simply cause they feel anything could happen at anytime to these sites even when it is legit, so they ask for lower payments just to be on the safer side.
On last withdrawal he gave 10 % bonus I guess.

Honestly, I love low cash out because I need every penny now to survive this inflation. Secondly, online business can crumble over night.
I am only posting on forums, because powerful people are making fake allegations that all my paypal income are gifts from relatives to slander, cheat, exploit me, so I post on forums only so that I have payments from multiple sources in different countries.
You are on the right path nothing last forever we need to keep at it. 8t can only get better
In my case I have to do it for security we don't know unforeseen events like sudden web hacking, sudden closure or bankruptcy, so you can't anymore withdraw. PayPal charges for $10, ($1)but that's their business policy.
