Working with a Bad Boss

It's not everyone that is lucky enough to have a good boss. Just like some people make bad employees, so also are they bad as bosses. How do you cope if you have a bad boss and you can't afford to quit the job?

You can report it to the Human Resource Department. If you are feeling scared of doing it, then you can do it anonymously. For me, I can just talk to him or her about my concern. Then, we might compromise on certain things.

Though the better option would be for you to quit the job and get another but in situations where you might not be able to give up the job probably due to one reason or the other, i would advice you take time to study the boss. Try to understand what makes him angry or happy and act accordingly, and most importantly try avoid him unless when necessary.

I have worked with generally good bosses but some others have not been so good, it is normal people are different and you can find all kinds, both work and outside of it

I will not quit the job if I do not have another option so I will just try my best to avoid anything that will make my boss get angry at me

You hit the key, but I think that trying to show yourself superior in an irrational or even rude way is not the right way to generate positive feedback in the job or towards the person himself, I think that can only bring problems in an area of work.

Wow, it seems you are someone who is really patient enough to endure all the bad words of people. if the kind of money you were making in the business was reasonable enough then enduring was the best thing to do.
