They are right on whatever choice they want to make as regards of your product. But they are not right to the point of physically or verbally assaulting you. I would change it for such kind of customer right there.

In the business aspect, yes "customers are always right" because when you portray it as this you are saving your business from a lot of bad PR. If I was operating a business, I would much prefer to allow the customer to be right in most situations than to have the situation escalated and shared with the whole world on social media or even the news. However, in my personal opinion, I don't feel as if the customer is always right because there are some bad apples that try to abuse the business by getting free things.

I think we have to think this way for customers to know that we really value their satisfaction with our services and products. But at times the customer is not really right we don't have to tolerate them

There are some acts of our customers that we should not tolerate or else, they will continue that act

We have to deal with the notion that customers are always right but in the real sense, it is not all the time that the customers would be right but we just have to assume that they are right.

This is what a boss will tell you all the time. Customers are always right treat them with care. What do you think in your opinion?
This is something that a lot of business owners find it very difficult to deal with because they always interested in getting the customer's money which is why they will overlook mostly everything that the customer do wrong.

No though we say this all the time but in reality it doesn't sound right to me. For the mere fact that we are referring to imperfect beings then no body is always right.

I agree with you that customers have the right to choose what they want but they dont have the right to abuse you. Thats unacceptable and unprofessional.

I think these days businesses feed on people, they tell customers why they need to buy their products and services. Businesses do not have a chance for customers to have their say

I disliked the opinion that a customer is always right. It is simply because there are also rude customers. They usually create ruckus in the business area shaming a worker.

Some customers have capitalized on this notion to exhibit extreme toxicity towards some business people. My relationship with you as a customer already would tell you I am not a pushover.

Yes customers are always right indeed. This is through the sense that the customers are ought to be treated in the most best way and embraced cause they are the most crucial part of the business

Saying that customers are always right is just a way to make them happy and make them satisfied but we all know that there are some of them who do not have good behaviour
