I am not working in any company presently but if I were to receive my payment I would prefer it to be sent weekly.
We also get our paycheck twice a month but ours will be every 10th and 25th. I don't know why but maybe to avoid long queue on ATMs. Because if all will receive the salary every 15th and 30th, I think there will be a long queue. We are being paid twice a month that is every 15th and 30th of the month.
Our job orders get theirs every 5th and 20th of the month. We also get our paycheck twice a month but ours will be every 10th and 25th. I don't know why but maybe to avoid long queue on ATMs. Because if all will receive the salary every 15th and 30th, I think there will be a long queue.
I think monthly payment is only known in many countries in the low tier. Many developed countries like USA, uk, Canada and more like that do pay weekly . That is why they call it wages. Even some are paying 0er hour everyday to there workersMonthly payment is more acceptable and recognized globally. Honestly, monthly pay will help an employee to save money and have buck cash.
I think it is best to have the salary twice the month. I used to have a part-time job that pays weekly, which makes me feel so comfortable to work harder. I haven't tried to be paid on a monthly basis. If being the salary scheme being offered, I will surely turn down itAt work, we received monthy for regular full time employee and 15 /30 for part timers and on the job order workers.
In the university where I work, we are paid monthly. Many requested 15 and 30 but the government executes end-of-the-month payments for the Commission on Audit requirements. We just spend our money wisely. I also save some percentage.I think it is best to have the salary twice the month. I guess we still need to abide what the government imposed. The bright side is that you can able to secure the money for the monthly basis. I hope the salary will not be delayed despite giving them in a monthly basis. In the university where I work, we are paid monthly.
