Do you quit your job for a better opportunity?

You can only quit when the new offer is assuredly available and not before that. If the new better offer is still under process, it is better you stay with your present job and process it until it becomes granted before you quit.

I used to work in gsk as a medical sales executive but due to better opportunity in Roomi Enterprises I quit the job and get managerial post there but till date I am saying that the decision was bad as gsk is still very strong company.
