But you could cash out more often and just keep a note of your earnings and then add it up at the end of the month for a big figure, that is what I do

I don't waste time I withdraw the payout immediately when it reaches the minimum limit. What else would I be waiting for after getting to the withdrawal limit on the site

As far as I know in the UK there are no fees, for transfers to banks, relatives or friends, but if I send money to England via PayPal there is of course a fee, and it will be deducted by the recipient. How do you receive PayPal from RIF is there a fee?

I cash as soon as I can, always scare that something might happen and I may lose my money I have worked hard to collect, I keep it in my paypal account until needed

Generally speaking, I try to cash out as soon as I reach payment threshold or at the pay date (if this is an option). I do not like building my balance to cash out higher amounts.
