Yesterday I purchased umbrellas for my online business, though you can get it cheap from suppliers, you can't put much mark up on it, because there are many that already selling umbrellas. And when I do the costing and potential income, the result is just a meager income.
Selling umbrellas both online and offline is definitely a profitable business for sure. Not only are umbrellas great for rainy days but people nowadays will also use them even on summer days to protect themselves from the sun as well.
Where I live in the UK, England, it is well known that we have a lot of rain and so in the UK, England, something like an umbrella business would definitely thrive in this country.

You might seem a meagre income by but with high turnover it will be much so it is to make high sales to see high profit.
I bought a nice umbrella with brand michaela which can fit in an ordinary sling bag. It's thin when folded, I wish you can find good ones in korea.. I prefer the folding type. If you can get in volume it's better so you can also sell at wholesale price and you can entertain resellers.

I am still searching for a legit Korean site engaging with umbrella selling. It is a very good business and the umbrella will not rot. We can keep them in a safe place.
Umbrella is needed both in sunny days and rainy days. That is why it is always in high demand in all parts of the world.
I think that umbrellas are sold most of the time during the June, July, or August season because these are the months when rain falls in many places.
Rainy days will be when you sell so much umbrellas. When it's not raining, there won't be any or very little sales. When it rains, umbrella sales increase.

In my case, I bring my umbrella wherever I go rain or shine. We have to protect our skin from UV , so we have to buy umbrella with UV protection and I'm going to scout for my business plan on selling umbrellas online sellers from South Korea.
That will be the case should I have enough capital and the huge market support, but I still new and still creating my own market for it.
Sure you can go ahead and try it out you might just be Inna business that you would make money with for a long time

Umbrella does not serve only for rain but for the sun. It is not good to expose to the sun due to its ultraviolet rays and one cause of heat stroke. There are many incidents persons walking under the heat f the sun and s suddenly collapsed because of the heat, whereas, if they only shelter themselves with an umbrella with UV protection, they would not meet that incident.
I don't think it is a lucrative business here. It's a seasonal business, usually in the rainy season the sale of the umbrellas increases, in the rest of the year I dont think people buy them. I dont see people here using an umbrella in summer when they go out, to protect themselves from the sun's rays. In our times we used to have only black colour umbrellas but nowadays I see lots of colourful and attractive umbrellas which people buy just for fashion.

I agree with you, in fact, my sister discouraged me to open a business like that because there are so many umbrellas sold anywhere from corner to cornerI don't think it is a lucrative business here. So I better concentrate only on my milk tea business and even that fashion boutique online, my sister does not want me to have headaches. I don't want to disobey my elder sister, so I canceled them all. By the way, I posted here two sets of sites, please find them and choose a site you like to apply to part-time.

In the country of my birth, we only have two seasons, the dry and the rainy, so these seasons need umbrellas for us. It is so hot in the Philippines, we need umbrellas to protect ourselves from heat stroke or sunburn. During rainy days, almost everyone brings an umbrella, so umbrella selling is profitable only in my country.
