US Minimum Wage Nationally is $7.25 per hour and as high as $17.27 in Seattle, Washington with each city setting their own rate. In Oregon where I live it's $15 ($3,600 per month @ 40 Hrs per week)

Over here in my country the minimum wage has been increased to around 30,000 in naira and truth be told this amount is not even up to $50 if i am not mistaken. It is not enough to do anything reasonable.
I am glad that there is an increment of the minimum wage in you country. Unlike in my country, there are no changes despite experiencing a normal life now. We are still affected by this pandemic thing.

I just saw someone mentioning 600 euros as their minimum wage and I couldn't believe why we are still in Nigeria.
This is month minimum in my country for 160 work hours. Most people work around 190 hours for such money.
The minimum wage in my country is $60.
I guess in Norway this is minimum for hour of work. I was in Norway last year and it is very expensive country.

And the irony is that the government people are earning pay that is far higher than the minimum wage. They just don't care about the masses.
That's the reality of some people in this world. The $60 minimum wage, some state governments are whining that they can't pay it.

$60 cannot even sustain an individual for a month. I don't think any individual can be able to live on that because you also need to save and invest.
Considering the inflation rate that is ravaging the economies of the countries right now, that money is not enough.

Probably, the rate of inflation is getting high in many countries across the globe. this is why people are looking for different ways of making more money for themselves.

And that is just the minimum. Most organisations pay more than that. But my country is struggling to pay $60 in one month as minimum wage.
In some countries $60 is a lot of money and that is why you should not expect every country to pay such amount of money. So it actually differs.

What are you even saying? $60 for a a full grown up person, most likely a family person? That's a terrible thing to say bro. There is no justification for that kind of payment for a month.

I am not justifying such kind of payment but what I'm trying to say is that $60 have different values. There are countries where it is a reasonable amount of money.

Some countries are not just trying by because the minimum wage is just rubbish this is why we are always poor and this leaves a lot of people stranded especially those with family
