Walking and jogging are all good. The best depends on your physical condition at the time.

I was doing a treadmill comparison with my friend, I walked for ~20 minutes and he jogged for about 15 until he reached the same kcal burned as me, his heartrate was higher than mine, and a bit more exhausted than me. Make your own conclusions. I was team walking until I did this and immediately switched to the Jogging team
